Our Premium Macrame Cord is made in Poland in a small, family-owned factory. Pride of workmanship is evident, plus it’s sustainably made of 100% recycled cotton from the garment industry which would otherwise have gone to waste! Good for the soul... good for the planet. Even the inner spool is made of recycled paper and is biodegradable.

What If my package doesn’t arrive?

We take great care to accurately pack and label every package, unfortunately mail theft does happen. Should the package have been incorrectly labeled we will replace your purchase immediately! However, with regret, we cannot assume responsibility for mail theft if tracking indicates it has been successfully delivered.

Will my package come UPSP or UPS?

Most of our shipments will be sent USPS Priority Mail. However, occasionally UPS will be lower in cost. I do reserve the right to ship via UPS where significant savings are available. If a shipping overage has been paid by you, the savings will be credited back.
